We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or quality of user-generated content. • Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

The information about routes, schedules and stops provided on the Platform is for reference purposes and is based on data collected and user contributions. • Accuracy: Although we strive to keep the information up to date, we do not guarantee that route data is 100% accurate, complete or current. • Service Changes: Public transit routes may change without prior notice from authorities or operators. We are not responsible for inconveniences caused by changes in the actual transport service.

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of "Tijuana en Ruta" and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Tijuana en Ruta" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the service. • Any conduct or content of any third party on the service. • Any content obtained from the service. • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Any dispute related to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally and amicably before resorting to formal legal action.
